Egg frittata by Selvi

I adichufy 2 eggs with lil cream or half and half..Keep aside..

I take a omlette pan...saute...veggies(onion,asparagus,color peppers..intha veggies thaan ippothaikku using...today all over..so thinking of cauliflower and onions..) in coconut oil..kaarathukku I add green chillies or red chilli flakes...add salt for the veggies..when it is almost done..add the beater eggs..spread it out evenly mixing with the veggies...then I cover it with a lid...after 3 to 4 mins(in lowest flame)...eggs appadiye puff ayyirukkum..then I flip it over and cook again for 2 to 3 mins..
