Boil chickpeas .strain it and grind it in a mixer.Then added shredded carrot+finely chopped onions +chopped curry leaves+cilantro+pinch of garam masala pwdr+chilli powder+1/4 cup of wheat flour.Mix thoroughly .Dont add water .Then make balls and form patties on a sandwich cover.Cook in a skillet with oil until done.
