Adai by Selvi



1/2 chick peas,1/2 cup thoor dhal(or masoor dhal).1/4 cup brown rice...soak over night and grind coarsely with red chillies,salt and asafoetida.While making adai add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of powdered oats(i use steel cut).This adai tastes yum with coconut oil.I make some more koottu for a perfect family dinner.
