Banana walnut bread by Priyadarshini
I want to know if any is a fan of Starbucks banana walnut bread ?? One slice costs 1.95 $ which is like too exp !!! If yes, u can try the exact same taste at home..tried and tested recipe! Looks like it is there recipe and they shared it to the public.
Im sure ull love it. I just made some changes in the order of the ingredients added..Out come is super awesome.

Changes i made :
1. I used very well ripe bananas. Nalla ripe bananas as if there stage is spoiling madri.
2. Instead of mashing the banana with fork, i put in the mixie so that i get a more liquid consistency. i made a fine paste. Ava solra madri mash panna, by the time, i add the ALP, they entire mass looks like parota maavu mixture :((( and the outcome is not soft n tasty. By grinding, the entire cake gets uniform banana taste.
3. Also, instead of buttermilk, i added 2tbsp homemade yogurt. So, mixie le banana grind pannum podhu, i added vanilla extract and the yogurt to it since they all are wet ingredients.
4. So, once i combined sugar, egg and oil...i added the banana mixture and then finally folded in the flour little at a time n so on.
Serious aa..this cake it worth ur time. Moist n not overly sweet...and ur entire house smells heavenly once it bakes...
I keep it out covered for week and it tastes even better each day.
