Fried rice by Archana

Fried rice
carrot
beans
capsicum
sweet corn-optional
onions
garlic
chilles
eggs-optional
soy sauce
chilli paste
spting onions (if u have them)

rice pre cooked(best way is to cook the rice with lot of water and the strain the addtional water rice should not be over cooked)

chop all the above in small cubes, first in the wok add a lil oil add garlic,chilles and onions..fry them till they are transparent,then add the carrot and beans fry them again for few mins dont over cook them.. and finally add capsicum and corn now add the rice and fry all together add soy and chilli paste and salt to taste

if ur adding eggs.. scramble the eggs in the diff pan and add it to the rice
