Karuveplai kozhambu by Sandhya

Karuveplai kozhambu

curry leaves-1 cup
garlic ,ginger - 1 or 2 pieces
red chilli - 2 or 3
green chilli - 1
tamarind water - 1 cup
grated coconut - 1 or 2 spoons
small onion - 5 or 6
salt - to taste
mustard,uradh dhal - few

Fry red chiili,green chilli,garlic,ginger curry leaves in 1/2 spoon oil.Grind this ingredient along with grated coconut,salt and water.Boil tamarind water for few mnts,add the grounded paste and allow it to boil for few mnts.In a pan,fry mustard,uradh dhal,asafodita and small onions.When the kozhambu thickens and comes to gravy consistency add the fried onions with it.
