MUTTON /LAMB / CHICKEN /VEGETABLE CUTLET by Lakshmi

MUTTON /LAMB / CHICKEN /VEGETABLE CUTLET :

Ingredients :

Mutton / lamb kheema - 1bs ( no bones in it )
Potato - 3 to 4 ( big )
green chillies - 7 to 8( depend up on ur taste)
chopped garlic - 3 tbsp
chopped ginger - 3 tbsp
chopped onion - 1 big
cumin seeds
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
fried cashew - broken ones
cilantro- few
curry leaves few
oil fry frying
bread crums - 1 cup
eggs whites - 2 to 3
salt to taste

method :
1.pressure cook the kheema by adding salt n cardamon ( gives good aroma to kheema )and finally drain & keep aside .

2. Boil the potatoes , peel the skin and mash it .

3. In hot pan add oil , then add cumin seeds when it starts splatters just add the chopped onions , chopped garlic , chopped ginger & add little salt , turmeric fry well now add chopped chilles , curry leaves , cilantro & cashews fry for few mins . now add the pressured kheema , boiled potatoes and fry for some more time until the moisture in its get evoporated ...

4. Now allow to cool .

5 Whisk the eggs white ( no need to add salt )

6. Make small patties dip in egg whites

7. Just dust it with bread crumbs

8. In a tawa place it add oil and fry both the sides untill it turns golden brown

9 . serve hot with any chutiney or sauce .

Note : the kheema mixture should be hard like dough to form patties not watery or like thokku .
