Pazham pori...or Pazham bhajji By vijayalakshmi

nenthra pazham /plantains-2 nos
maida 2 cup
sugar lil 2tbsp.(acc to ur sweetness)
jeera powder(opt)
slice banana length wise...if its too big,cut into half and slice....
then mix maida,sugar and jeera with water ..make sure no lumps are formed...
apram deep fry it in oil..enjoy ...avlo than..easy one..
