ziplock murruku by Archana

ziplock murruku :))

Rice flour: 4 cups
Urad dal flour: 1 cup
Salt: to taste
Asafoetida: a pinch
Jeera/cumin seeds: 2 tsp
Sesame seeds(white): 2 tsp
Butter: 3 tblsp, softened

Oil for frying

mix all the above nicely with lil water (dont make it very thick/hard and it should not be too watery also)
now fill up the dough in a zip lock, (add little if too much flour in the ziplock it will break.. u can refill after finishing the first batch) n cut a very small hole in the corner of the zip lock bag(something like a mehandi cone) now take a jeli karandi(the one we use for frying) apply lil oil on the back and make the murruku design.
when the oil gets hot start frying...
