Dosakai Kootu
Pressure cook moong dhal(with turmeric),dosakai pieces and tomato.
Fry mustard,uradh dhal,green chillies,curry leaves,a pinch of asafodita.Now fry onions and few garlic pods.Add this fried ingredients to pressure cooked contents and add 2-3 spoons of tamarind water and allow to boil with salt.
Use lemon juice at last,if u dont want to use tamarind water.
