Kadalai Kurma receipe by Asma

Ingredients : Channa (soaked overnight), Potatoes (cut in cubes),Onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, tomato, jeera, poppy seeds, Fennel seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coconut, salt, coriander leaves and oil

For grinding : Coconut, 1 chilli, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, jeera, coriander leaves.

Preparation method : In a pan heat oil and saute the onions first then add green chilles (slit in between). Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a while. After it is done add the tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes. When it is done add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala. Add the channa and potatoes and put the grinded mixture on it and cook in that gravy for 2 mins. Then add water and pressure cook it with coriander leaves for 5 whissles.
