Scrap raw mango(not with sweet taste) with skin.Fry mustard,uradh dhal,bengal gram(add generously,so that kaduk-muduk sound of parupu will give more taste to rice),green chillies,curry leaves.Add scraped mango,turmeric and salt.Cook with water for 10-15 mnts by closing the pan with lid.If you add any masalas,u will lose flavor of mango.When raw smell vanishes remove from heat.Add chopped corriander and fried cashews.
