peel peerkangai n fry in pan with little oil till it shrinks or raw smell goes.keep it aside to cool n grind separately.Then Fry9till it turns red) with little oil 3-4 tbsps broken or full urad dal,chilli ,tamarind .grind this after cooling.to the same add peerkangai n grind together with salt as reqd.

ps:the skin can also be used for thogayal if its nt hard,but follow same proceedure after deskining!!
