Tomato Kurma by Priyadharshini

Grind the following into a fine paste :
1 Roma tomato
Pottu kadale(the soft one,dont put more ..or else ur gravy will becme very thick and wont taste good..)
1 Small piece cinnamon
1 Clove
2 Garlic pods
little saunf
green chilly - Acc to ur spice level.

Then, make a usual thalipu with oil, mustard, curry leaves and onion. Add this ground masala to it along with salt and turmeric pwdr. Add water to the consistency u need. Cook till the raw smell n the gravy looks thick..

Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
