Kothamalli sadam by Mahalakshmi Hari

green chillies
Ginger
Salt

pour some oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, kadala paruppu, groundnuts ,perungayam and pour this paste...allow it to thicken/boil for sometime and mix with rice...yummy ...love it with potato roast curry :)
