Mango Icecream by Malathi

Mango Icecream recipe


Ingredients :

Mango Pulp - 1 Cup (you can get it from Indian grocery stores)...
Whipped Cream - 1 Cup (You can use low fat whipped cream if you are diet conscious)
Sugar - 1 Cup
Milk - 1 Cup
Kesar powder/ Any food coloring - a pinch / few drops (Optional)..


Procedure :
---------------
Just mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and beat them nicely. Food color is optional..but if you add it would look more attractive.
Then keep it in the Freezer overnight.

Morning...Enjoy your Yummmmmy ice cream!!!

PS : You can put it in a cup or ice tray or even keep it with stick and make it as Mango kulfi too....whichever way you like...
