Paneer gravy By Priyadharshini

1. puree onions, tomatoes separately.
2. Make sure ur GG paste is very fine.

1. Take oil/butter in a non stick pan. Add this onion puree first and just wait till the excess moisture goes off.
2. Add GG paste. After the raw smell goes, Add that tomato puree to this and cook on medium flame till oil separates well from the mixture.
3. In this , you can add paneer or any other stuff that recipe calls for along with salt. Once it is cooked, u can add heavy whipping cream. This will give u a rich creamy look and wonderful taste.

The masala's that i usually add red chilly powder, orange food colour, garam masala and jeera pwdr depending on the curry im making.
