Red Chili -10 nos
Garlic- 5nos
Fry red chili in less oil keep it aside and in the remaining oil add the sliced garlic and switch off the stove ...when it cool down grind chili first and garlic next and add salt .
This molla podi will good after 2 days only ...first 2 days it will seems like more spicy and have strong garlic smell .
This podi also stay for long .
