Green chutney by Suvasini

Mint/Pudina - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Garlic
Coconut
Salt
Tamarind
Peanuts - few (Roasted Preferred else you'll have to spend lotsa time on peeling the outer skin and then roasting it)

Seasoning/Tempering:
Oil
Asafoetida Powder - a pinch
Mustard seeds

Method:
Grind the above to a smooth paste. Then do the seasoning and empty it in an air-tight container and store in refrigerator :))
