Arvi/Chepakezhangu



i cook arvi in pressure cokker, add water, wash the arvi and put it and add little tamarind,
bcos arvi sometimes naaku[tongue] arikkum nu sollunvanga,
i have a 4 ltr small cooker, sterday i made arvi only i gave 5 whistles, konjam kozha kozhanu ayiduchu, so i kept it in fridge overnite. [u can give 3-4 whistles]
after cooking, slice the arvi's in cubes and add sambar powder, salt, turmeric powder and allow it to marinate for atleast 30 mins, then add oil in kadai and fry it, keep the kadai lids closed, and the gas flame in sim, so that u get the roasted coating. add oil when necessary.
