ingredients and method;
cook the eggplant, the way i told in the august aratai thread,
when i cools down, peel the skin and mash it with hand or a laddle.
take a pan, when its hot, add oil, then mustard seeds, hing, urad dhal[optional],
add finely chopped onions and tomato, once onions and toamto are fryin add turmeric, salt and chilli powders,
then add the eggplant and stir for some time.
u can use it as a side dish or mix it with rice.
