Bottle guard kuruma by Ranjeeta

Bottle guard kuruma.....
ING...
1.bottle guard,
2.onion - 3 medium size
3.tomato -half
4.green chilli -2
5.Garlic - 2
6.chilli powder-2 tab spoon
7.coriander powder - 1nhalf tab spoon
8.cumin seed
9.fennel
10.oil
11.cinnamon,cloves.
12.coconut milk.

method...
FOR MASALA
1.in tava pour some oil,add cumin seed,fennel..
2.After splits put chopped onion(2 and half onions) and fry it for a while..
3.Add chilli and coriander powder and saute it for few seconds...
Keep aside for 10 min and make it to fine paste....

THEN:-
1.In cooker pour some oil,add cinnamon,cloves...
2.Add one by one..Garlic after 10 sec,remaining onion,green chilli after 10 sec,tomato..
3.Add chopped bottle guard,grinded masala,salt add some water...
4.close the cooker,,cook it,one whistle is enough...
5.after tht add 1/4 cup of coconut milk,keep it in stove for 10 min...

the most tasty yummy kuruma ready.............
