chilli paratha and fried idli
Both methods are same.. But for fried idli (make idlis, cut them into 4, deep fry them... use tissue paper and keep them ready)
For parathas , cook them in a pan and tear them into square pieces..
In a pan, add oil, lil jeera, sombu, ginger garlic paste, fry for a miin
then add chopped onions, then add tomato puree... fry .. Add chopped bell peppers (capsicum).. add corriander powder, chillii powder, garam masala, salt... fry them till you see oil on edges.. now add paratha pieces or fried idlies... Fry for sometime.. till the mixture is evenly coated... garnish with corriander leaves... You can also add a teaspoon of soya sauce n a pinch of ajinomoto if desired... spring onions can be used for garnishing[optional]
