Palak Paneer
Ginger- 1 small piece
Garlic (10)
gasagasa
cashew nuts (10)
Grind all the above 4 ingredients
Spinach leaves and fresh cream 1 tbsp - grind and keep separately
onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Cut Paneer into cubes and fry in ghee and keep.
Take oil in kadai, once its hot add elachi - 2, sombu and jeera and fry, then add onion and green chilli and fry till golden brown, then add the cashewnut,gasagasa,gingergarlic paste and fry for sometime...then add turmeric (1/4tsp),chilli powder (1/2 tsp) and dhaniya powder (1/2 tsp) and fry, then put paneer and fry, then tomatoes - 2. Let the tomatoes cook and then add the palak and cream paste. Add some water and salt and garam masala 1/4 tsp. Let it boil and become a gravy..then add kasturi Methi - 2 pinches and turn it off.
