Chilli Parota by Sophia

Chilli Parota

Got this recipe from spiceindiaonline.com
Parathas - 4 (can use frozen too, just cook using the instructions there and make the parathas)
once is cool, break it into smaller pieces and pulse in blender...konjam uthiriya varum..
Onion - 1
Green chilli or long chilli(if u want)
Tomato - 1
Jeera - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
salt - to taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves - few
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
heat oil, splutter the jeera and curry leaves, then onions,green chilli, then ginger garlic paste, apram tomatoes, and the chili and turmeric powder...fry the masala well, then put the pulsed parathas, little salt and mix well...avlothan..
if u want u can beat eggs with little salt and and add finally and keep mixing, till the eggs cook.
