ingredients:
sooji/rava - 1 cup
sugar -2 cup or 1 -1/2 cup(depend up on ur taste)
water - 1-1/2 cup
ghee- 2tbs
cashews,raisins,elachi for granishing
a pinch of color powder
Preparations:
first heat 1 sp ghee and fry rava light golden brown and keep separate , now heat another pan add water and bring to boil and now add sugar to it and make a sugar syrup and add color powder , rava and mix well without lambs and now add ghee 2tbs to it and finally add the fried chashews,elachi,raisins to granish it . rava kesari ready .
Note: if you want can add fruits like apple , pineapple, grapes while boing and add rava and mix well..and granish with nuts and elachi ( green cardamon)at last.
