untill all water gets filtered.leave it for more dan 2 or 3 hrs, apadan full waterum filter agum, thottu partha,anda moisture irukka koodathu.thotta powder madri udhurka varum.adudan correct form.

ipo, in a pan,pour equal amounts of water&sugar,may be 1 cup sugar&1 cup water, let it boil,untill sugar gets dissolved&forms as kambi padam,(not a strong kambi padam but just 1 string of kambi padam).then add milk theriju ponadu(athukku name theriyalai)just konjam kilarunga.konjam ketti aanadum ,add ghee,cardamom(elakkai) powder.add cashews&raisins roasted in ghee to it.whole thing konjam ,adi pidikame , konjam simla vachu kilarunga.avalavudan.finshed.
