paruppu poli:
my own preparation so, plez bear with my presentation, so if u have any doubts u can very well ask me.
FOR 2 PEOPLE:

(so that u can multiply for more no of people)
mavu:
---------------
maida-1/2 cup
water-1/4 cup.
so mix it throughly .and oora vidavum.
for 1 or 2 hrs.
for stuffing:

kadalai paruppu(chana dhal)-1/4 cup(vega vaikavum.boil seperately)
vellam (jaggery)-1/2 cup (thuriviyadu)
coconut shreded-1 big table spoon
cardomom powder-1/2 spoon
ghee-1 big table spoon
everything grind it in mixie,form a paste and keep it in microwave oven for 2 o 3 minutes.
now the mavu &stuffing is ready.
so u can make poli out of it.
