Pasta- i use elbow
Ginger garlic-chopped finely
Onions-thinly sliced long
Bell Peppers- try using different colours thinly sliced long
Cabbage- thinly sliced long
Soy sauce
Pasta sauce
Cheese
Boil pasta as u do it regularly and drain it and set aside. In a pan heat olive oil add finely chopped ginger and garlic (i also put finely chopped green chilli) saute for a min. then add thinly sliced onions and saute till they turn transparent. Add Thinly sliced green peppers/cabbage. Keep the flame in high and saute the veggies dont overcook. Now add soy sauce/pasta sauce. Add some salt to taste and crushed pepper if u need more spice.
Serving style.
In a pasta bowl pour in the sauce then add the cooked pasta. Top it with some cheese and microwave for 30seconds or 1min so that the cheese on top melts finally garnish with spring onions or coriander and serving
