PEANUT KULAMBU

Ingredients:
Mustard seeds:1/4 teaspoon
Urd dhal:1/4 teaspoon
curry leaves:few sprigs
garlic:3 pods
small onions:25 nos or red onion 1/4
tomatoes:2 to 3
red chillies:8
jeera:1 tea spoon
peanuts:roasted 1 handful
Oil:2 to 3 table spoons
Salt--acc to taste
Procedure:
Pour oil in a kadai.Add mustard seeds,urud dhal,curry leaves,onions and tomatoes.In the mean time,roast jeera garlic and red chillies in little oil and grind it to a fine paste.when tomatoes are pulpy add the ground paste,saute for a few mins and add salt and a cu of water.grind the roasted peanuts with water to a fine paste and add this to the boiling mixture.when the kulambu thickens switch off the stove.Yummo Yum....
