Potato and garlic kaara kulumbhu
Ingredients:
1.small potato-4-5 or u can use the normal potatoes chopped
2.garlic -8-10 cloves
3.curry leaves
4.fenugreek-1/2 tbsp
5.mustard -1tbsp
6.redchilli-2
7.onion-1
8.tomato-1
9.corainader powder-2tbsp
10.chillipowder -as required
11.salt-required
12.tamrind water
13.coconut 2-3tbsp
14.jeera-1tbsp
15.pepper-1tbsp
Procedure
1.Add oil in pan and season with mustard fenugreek and curry leaves and chilly
2.add onion and saute and add garlic and fry till garlic becomes soft
3.then add potatoes and then add coriander powder redchilly powder and salt and some green chillies slit length wise
4.Add water and allow it to boil till potatoes are cooked
5.After the potatoes are cooked add tamrind water and allow it to boil for few minutes
6.Then grind coconut with 1tbsp of jeera and 1 tbsp of pepper and add to it
7.Let it boil for few minutes
8.Garnish with cilantro
