To grind Coriander seeds-4tsp
cumin seeds-2tsp
pepper -2tsp
red chilli -2 or3
Garlic pods-3-4
Take Tamirind juice like we take for usual rasam. Add curry leaves, asafotida pwdr and the above ground powder. Add boiled tomatoes ( i usually cut into small pieces and microwave for 1min)then bring everything to boil. nalla kothichathum u can add salt to taste. Do the usual seasoning with mustard and jeera.....
