Red Bell Pepper Chutney by Selvi


bell pepper-1
tomatoes --3
onion--medium size-1
garlic pods--5
red chillies--7
tamarind paste--1/4 teaspoon
salt--as per taste

Fry onion,red chillies.red bell pepper,garlic,tomatoes.Fry till the tomatoes become mushy and then add salt.let this cool down.Then add salt and tamarind grind.Temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.
