INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower -- 1 medium size
Capsicum --1 small size
Onion -- 2
Tomato - 1
Green chilly -- 2 no
Ginger garlic paste -- 1 tsp
Coriander powder -- 2 tsp
Curry masala powder -- ¾ tsp-1 tsp
Cinnamon -- 1 stick
Annachipoo -- 1 full
Cloves --2
Gobi Manchurian masala -- 1 packet
Salt --- to taste
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander leaf -few springs
Corn flour -- 1 tsp
Oil
METHOD:
Clean and cut cauliflower into small pieces .add Gobi Manchurian masala and rest for ½ hr. then deep fry cauliflower in hot oil. Keep this cauliflower roast aside.
Cut onion, tomatto and capsicum finely.
Heat oil in a kadai add cinnamon and annachipoo.
Add onions, green chillys and fry for few seconds. Add ginger garlic paste and fry.
Add capsicum, tomato and fry for 2 mins.
Add coriander powder, salt chili powder and add enough water and boil.
Add the cauliflower roast and curry masala powder. And let it boil for few mins. Add chopped coriander leaf.
Dissolve corn flour in little water and add it to the gravy boil for 2 seconds till the gravy thickens.
NOTE: perfect combination for chapatti
