Kollu Thogayal by Shobana Sheshadri

cook kollu like u cook toor dal,
in a kadai, add oil, then jeera, onion, red chilli, fry it then add cooked kollu, then remove from gas once this cools down, in a mixie, oru whip pannu, kollu thogayal ready.
when u make kollu thogayal, u can also make rasam with the kollu cooked water- recipe - check ramya bala's blog.

if u have got kollu here, then konjam a wash panna pothum, if u have got them from india, wash it many times, neriya stones erukkum.

if u have severe cold then only make this bcos kollu is heat, so cold ku good remedy.
