MUGALAI GOBI by Vishali Vijay

INGREDIENTS:
CAULI FLOWER -- MEDIUM
ONIONS -- 2 NO
GINER GARLIC PASTE -- 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLIES -- 2 NO
TOMATO -- 3 NO
TURMERIC POWDER -- ½ TSP
CORRIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
GARAM MASAL -- 1 TSP
SALT -- TO TASTE
PIZZA CHEESE -- FOR TOPPING

METHOD:
CUT CAULI FLOWER TO SMALL PIECE AND SOKE IN WATER FOR ½ Hr. THEN DRAIN WATER COMPLETELY AND SHALLOW FRY, KEEP ASIDE. GRAIND TOMATOES TO PASTE. TAKE KADAI HEAT OIL THEN ADD INGREDIENTS: 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 AND 9. FRY TILL COOKED. PLACE THE CAULIFLOWER IN A CAKE MOULD, THEN PORE THE GRAVY AND GRATE PIZZA CHEESE OVER IT. BAKE IT FOR 15 MIN IN A PER-HEATED OVEN AT 180c(FOR MICRO WAVE --- MEDIUM – 10 MIN)
