Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
25 g of chopped onion
25 g of chopped garlic
1/2 kg mushrooms
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp red chilli paste/powder
1/4 kg beaten tomatoes
1 tbsp almond and coconut paste
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt
Method
1.Heat oil in Kadai and then add chopped garlic and onion.
2.Fry for a while. Then add 1 kg mushrooms in it and stir it.
3.put ginger garlic paste and salt in it.
4.Close the Kadai with vessel and cook for some time.
5.Then put red chilli paste/powder and tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
6.Now put almond and coconut paste and add rest of the ingredients.
7.Then put a little water and cook for a while.
8.Garnish with cilantro, capsicum and grated cheese (If u wish)
