Try grilling some veges at home, get some refried beans.
stuff the corn tortillas with the veges and beans, add a little cheese. Thava rendu side um nalla toast pannunga (it will be like quesadilla)
OR here is an unhealthy yet tasty option, :P never tried it but seen it on TV. Cut the tortilla into ribbons(namma ribbon pakoda madri) Fry it in corn oil.(nalla crisp ahh fry) Top it off with salt pepper and chilly powder.
Serve with Salsa or any cheesy dip...
