kollu rasam
Ingredients :
1. Kollu (Horse gram) - 1 tblsp
2. black pepper - 10 count
3. Jeera - 1 tsp
4. Corriandar seed - 1 tsp
5. Garlic - 1 pod
6. Curry leaves - 2 strings.
7. Oil - 1/2 tsp
8. Mustard
Procedure :
1. Grind all the above mentioned ingredients(1-6) with water...into a fine paste
2. In a vessel, put 1/2 tsp oil and once oil is heated add mustard
3. Once the mustard splutters..add the paste into it add enough water and add salt to it
Once it starts boiling..immediately switch off the stove and remove it..it should not boil a lot..
You can drink it as a soup /even have it with rice....have it 2/3 times a day for couple of days...its effective...
