Tomato,brinjal,potato sabji for idli/dosai (for 7 ppl)
Ingredients :

1. Big onion - 1
2. Tomato - 4
3. Brinjal - 4
4. Potato - 2 Medium size
5. Chilli powder - 2 tsp (based on ur taste)
6. Salt - 2 tsp (based on ur taste)
7. Mustard - 1 tsp
8. Curry leaves - 1 string
9. Coriander leaves
10. Garlic - 2 pods (optional)
Procedure :

1. Cut the onion in whichever shape u like.
2. Wash and cut tomatoes into small cubes...
3. Wash and cut binjals and potatos into small cubes separately...(Put brinjal in water after cutting else it would become black)
4. In a thick vessel, put oil ..once its heated..put mustard..once it splutters...Put curry leaves..then garlic..
next onion...
4. Once onion becomes brown...add tomatoes..once its cooked put the cut potatoes..after 1 min...add cut brinjals..
5. Now, add salt, turmeric,chilli powder ...add enuf water and close it..
6. Keep checking it every 2 mins and stir it so that its not burnt...Add water as and when u feel its less...
7. Once its cooked...add chopped coriander leaves and take it out..
U can use this for idli / dosai...
