Lemon Rasam
Toor Dhal : 1/2 cup (nalla boil pani, mash panikonga)
Tomato: 1
Green chilly: 1/2
Ginger: 1 or 2 inch piece cut into kutti pieces...
Toordhal la nalla thanni potu, make it really watery(amma's languange la sollanum na use the paruppu thanni), add the diced tomato, ginger and green chilli. Let these boil very well.
Add kothamalli after it boils well...(Add salt)
Konjum light aah cool ana aparam add the juice of one lemon.... you can add more if you like more pulippu taste...
Final aah thalichu kotungo..(with Jeera, mustard seeds, add perungayam too).
Manaka manaka lemon rasam ready :)
