Thin Tomato Onion Kurma

Goes well with Idli , Dosa and u can do kothu chappati with this kurma and can be used with pulavs and briyani's as well

Tomato - 1
Onion -1/2
GG Paste - 1tsp
Shakti egg kurma masala - 2tbsp
Turmeric-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
cumin powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp (optional as the kurma masala itself will be enough)
Coconut-2tbsp
Green chilli -1
Saunf and jeera curry leaves for seasoning

Heat oil in the pan. Splutter saunf, jeera, green chilli along with curry leaves. Then ad the onions and wait till it turns translucent aprom add GG paste wait till the raw smell goes.. then add the tomatoes and cook it really well. Then add all the podis and fry for a couple of mins. Then add water and salt to taste. nalla kothikka vidunga. Finally konjam coconut araichu vitrunga.... The kurma should not be thick.. Watery consistency la irukanum.. Check for karam and uppu finally garnish with coriander leaves.....
