Macaroni with Indian masalas by Sandhya
Ingredients:
Macaroni Pasta-2 Cups
Water- to cook macaroni
GG paste - 1/2 spn
Corriander,spring onions(optional),Grated cheese-to garnish
garam masala,red chilli powder,corriander powder,cumin powder,salt,turmeric - 1/2 spn each
Mainara sauce,soy sauce-2 spoons
Olive Oil-1 spoon
Veggies-Onion,potato,scrapped carrot,peas,capsicum etc
Method:
1.Boil 6 cups of water. Add macaroni,salt & a tsp of oil. Cook till macaroni is done. Drain & keep aside.
2.To olive oil, add gg paste,onion and then all vegetables
3.Add all masalas.Now add 1/2 cup of water and allow to cook
4.Finally add marinara sauce,soy sauce and salt.
5.Add cooked macaroni and boil it till it mixes with veggies
6.Add corriander and spring onions finally.
7.Remove from heat,add few grated cheese and serve hot
