Puff pastry sheet.(I always use Pepperridge farm)
-Thaw the sheet.
-Give it one roll gently with a chapathi rolling pin.
- Spread a good amout of the Bhaji & spread evely with a butter knife
-Roll(not too tightly), from one end to the other & seal the edge with water, wrap it in foil or plastic wrap & freeze it again for abt 1/2 an hr(so tht it will be easier for u to cut)
-Preheat oven @ 400 deg F(as per box instructions)
-Take the roll out of the freezer & cut it to 1/2 an inch thick rounds & bake for abt 20 mins or until golden brown.
- Enjoy hot.
Note:
Tastes the same as Puffs, jus tht it isn't tht heavy when u serve in a party alongwith other apetisers & the shape is attracts kids.
