Thenkozhal by Ayshu

Thenkozhal

Rice flour - 1 cups
Urad flour - 2 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Perungayam - pinch
cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Salt

Oil to fry

Method:

Mix all the flour, add salt, perungayam and cumin seeds. Add in room temperature butter. Mix all by hand, crumble butter by hand. Then add water. Put in in press and make thenkozhal :-)
