Mampazham/Mango Pulissery/More Kootan/kozhambu by Suvasini

Ingredients:
Mango 1-2 (chopped well with its skin)
(optional Veggies:)
Pooshanikai - few peeled chunks chopped
Parangikai - few peeled chunks chopped
Drumsticks - few

Fenugreek seeds - (total) 1/2 tsp
Red chilli - 2-4
Green chilli - 2-3
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Tempering/Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
rest fenugreek seeds
Red chilli - 1

Method:

Dry roast red chilli & 1/4th tsp of fenugreek seeds and when it cools down grind it with coconut, green chilli & yoghurt. Pressure cook the veggies with turmeric powder, you can also cook mango seed in the cooker with 1-2 whistles. When cooked now add this ground paste to it and also add salt.

Now season the rest ingredients and add it to the cooked veggies. Serve it hot steamed rice.
