Instant oats -1/2 cup
Oat bran--1/2 cup
brown rice--1/4 cup
yogurt--1/4 cup
Soak brown rice for 12 hrs and grind separately.(U can store this in fridge and use as needed)
Powder oats and bran together and soak in yogurt for 30 mins.Now add the ground rice and add water to desired consistency.
This dosa will be on the softer side and tastes good only when served hot.Cook in a low flame.You can vary the proportions acc to u r taste and it tastes good anyway.I have this oats powder and brown rice batter..always handy and it helps me a lot whenever I crave for dosas.:)..u can make oothappam too...or thalichufy onion...yumm..:)
