spinach dosa by Selvi



brown rice 2 cups

1/4 cup urud dhal

1/4 cup thoor dhal

2 tea spoons methi

3 cups fresh spinach


If u r using grinder..first grind the dhals and methi..then rice and before taking out the rice..add pureed spinach (do it separately in mixie)...and add to the rice .Mix everything together,ferment and eat.Garlic or onion chutney goes very well with this.
