brown Rice 3 cups
urud dhal 1 cup
(I have started using flax seeds in place of methi and i found out that it helps in easy fermentation and gives out spongy dosas..It would change the color of the dosa though.:(...)
flax seeds 2 tea spoons
grind as we would for a regular dosa.The same batter can be used for idlis as well.Grind the flax seeds with urud dhal.
