Baby bok choy dal subji
Bok Choy is an asian green. Its very adaptable and anything can be done with it!! It is rich in calcium, vitamins, very low in calories some info about bok choy:

This is what I did with baby bok choy:
Heat oil in cooker - add jeera finely chopped red onions and saute well. Add 2 green chillies. add the finely chopped bok choy leaves , turmeric, salt, jeera powder, chilli powder, 2 tomatoes (chopped) and cooked tuvar dal (I added about 1 cup of cooked dal) mix well. Add water (like 3/4 cup) and close cooker lid and put whistle. Leave it for 5 - 6 minutes in sim. It was really tasty and we had it with rice.
you can do it in open flame also..it might take longer but keerai cooks easily!
